On Friday, a U. S. federal judge dismissed Pfizer's action against an Indian company for alleged failure to warn consumers about the increased risk of pulmonary emboli (PE) in men taking the Viagra, also known as sildenafil citrate.
The company's suit was filed in a federal court in San Francisco. The complaint was filed by the plaintiff, a man who claimed that his erectile dysfunction (ED) was due to a condition known as PDE5 in men that could lead to anaphylaxis (an attack of the blood vessels that supply the genital organs of the penis and chest area).
The plaintiff was diagnosed with PDE5 at age 40 and was prescribed sildenafil citrate, the drug that works by increasing the blood flow to the penis. However, Pfizer didn't warn the plaintiff about the increased risk of PE.
Pfizer did not tell the plaintiff about the heightened risk of PE. When the plaintiff was prescribed sildenafil, he experienced an acute episode that lasted more than four hours.
During the clinical trials of the drug, doctors gave the plaintiff information about his symptoms, including a sudden onset of dizziness and headache. When the plaintiff took Viagra, he experienced a decrease in his ability to get and keep an erection. The plaintiff also had an allergic reaction, including rashes and swelling of the face.
In March, the plaintiff was diagnosed with severe heart failure and had to be hospitalized in a hospital. The patient received multiple surgeries for his heart and liver, including coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) and a coronary artery surgery. The patient had a stroke of 12.8 percent in March, and had been hospitalized for six months.
Pfizer has not given the plaintiff's complaint a date and has not responded to a request for comment.
The drug was developed and sold by Pfizer in India by Ajanta Pharma in March 1998.On Friday, a federal court in San Francisco dismissed Pfizer's action against an Indian company for alleged failure to warn consumers about the increased risk of pulmonary emboli (PE) in men taking the drug, the drug is being called a'super drug'.

Keep in mind that Viagra does not cure erectile dysfunction or increase sexual desire.

The cheapest erectile dysfunction (ED) pills are generic Viagra, called.
The term "generic" refers to the active ingredient of a medicine or drug rather than to the advertised brand name under which the medicine is sold. It is a term referring to any drug marketed under its chemical name without advertising.
Pfizer made the originaltablet that is often referred to as the “blue pill”.The patent expired in 2013 which then allowed other pharmaceutical manufactures to make a generic version under the name of the active ingredient called Sildenafil. They are exactly the same medically and perform in the same way with the same side-effects.
As with most branded products, Viagra is sold at a higher price, therefore the generic tablets sold asare much cheaper.
Medically there is no difference between a generic medicine and the branded medicine, as they both have the same active ingredients to make them perform in the same way. They only differ in the “bulking” agents used to fill the tablet as the amount of active ingredient required, in this case Sildenafil, is very small. This makes the tablets bigger and easier to handle.
The main difference between generic andbranded named prescription medicines is cost with generics being much cheaper

The other inactive ingredients that make up the bulk of the tablet are called “excipients” and can vary.
For those people who are allergic to or have an intolerance to lactose, then the is ideal for you as it is lactose free. You can check the additional excipients on the patient information leaflet supplied with your tablets.

1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
: Both Cialis and nitrates, called nitrates and "nitro thrive on urinary symptoms due to an enlarged ratio of nitrate to nitrite", resulting in significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypertension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke.
: These drugs may cause an alpha-blocker effect in the body. This may cause a sudden and dangerous drop in blood pressure when used with alpha-blockers (e.g.
